How it Works
Engagements begin with a discovery to determine the leadership behaviors that will accelerate your business transformation. Based on this analysis, we customize a curriculum pathway for participants to go through using a library of coaching protocols, simulations, and on-the-job practice opportunities.
Coaching
Participants use coaching to develop skills, review their simulations, deepen their capabilities, and plan their on-the-job use of the defined skill.
Simulations
Participants practice the identified skills using simulations from Mursion to interact with human-led avatars in conversational scenarios modeled after real-world situations leaders typically encounter.
Practice
Participants, guided by their coach, find opportunities to practice the defined skill on the job in their day-to-day work and interactions.

Discovery
Prior to engaging with a group of leaders, we develop a clear understanding of the goals and specific capabilities needed to support organizational strategy and transformation.
Focused Coaching Interventions
Individual coaching sessions include the assignment of on-the job homework in between sessions to enhance the participant’s practice. Skill-building simulations include a measurement of progress provide a safe environment to acquire and develop new capabilities and are reviewed by the coach to provide additional feedback.
Post-Work + Measurement
After the final coaching session, we gather input from each participant’s coach and measure the impact of the program on the specific leadership capabilities the organization identified. Coach feedback and scorecards are rolled into a group report providing a clear understanding of how development has progressed through the organization and identifying potential next development priorities.
