People Literacy is the basic knowledge about the way people think, feel, decide, and work together, and how it affects the way we work.

The lessons of People Literacy help us understand many of the challenges of leadership and make them less complex. Understanding the psychological traits behind what makes us tick gives us a fighting chance to be better leaders, build better company cultures, help people thrive, get better results and just be better people to be around.
